Short version. This site collects almost nothing. There are no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising. Fonts are served from our own server, so no third party sees your visit. If you contact us, we have your email and whatever you write. If you ask to be told when subscriptions open, we have that address and the date, and nothing else.

When you visit this site. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. These are generated automatically for security and diagnostics.
When you contact us. If you write to support@selepro.com or message us on TradingView, we hold your email address or username and whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you ask to be notified. If you submit your address to hear when subscriptions open, we store that address and the date. We use it once, for that announcement, and for nothing else.
When subscriptions open. Billing will be handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. They will collect your name, email and payment details; we will receive limited information from them — typically name, email, country and subscription status — in order to grant and manage access. We will never see or store your full card details. This section will be updated with the provider named before any paid access begins.
Your TradingView username, if you provide it, so we can grant access to an invite-only script.
The signal log published on this site records trading signals produced by the strategy — timestamps, instrument, order type and price. It contains no personal data about anyone. It is not linked to users, does not identify subscribers, and is published openly.

We do not send marketing email. If that changes, it will be opt-in only and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service:
We may disclose data where legally required. Some of these providers operate outside Chile, which means your data may be processed in other countries.
Addresses on the notify list are kept until that announcement has been sent, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. Support messages are kept while they remain relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period. Once subscriptions open, billing records will be kept for the period required by Chilean accounting and tax law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to support@selepro.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Note that we cannot delete data we are legally required to keep, such as invoicing records.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment card data. Access to any subscriber information is limited. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified on this site. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
